Holiday home ‘de Scioscia’ in the old town of Meisenheim.

According to sources, the house dates back to the 18th century. The complete restoration of the house took four years. Only organic materials were used. The wooden floors on the 1st and 2nd floors were extensively restored. Cement tiles were laid on the ground floor. The combination of these materials gives the house a special aesthetic character. The restoration of the exterior façade was similarly elaborate.

The holiday home

It has a total of 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with 2 single beds.
A kitchen-cum-living room is located on the 1st floor. The house has 2 shower bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the second, more spacious one on the 2nd floor.
A spacious balcony on the 1st floor and a spacious terrace on the ground floor invite you to linger, especially in the warmer months.

Meisenheim and surrounding area

The house is quietly located in Meisenheim, everything is within walking distance. Meisenheim offers a very good infrastructure with restaurants, boutiques and numerous shopping facilities.
The historic old town, the beautiful church and the synagogue – where cultural events take place – are particularly worth seeing.
When it comes to leisure activities, there is something for everyone, whether hiking, wine tasting, cycling tours, trolley trips or public swimming pools.

Booking

The prices for Meisenheim, based on 2 persons, are as follows:

Jan., Feb., Mar. €110 per night for 2 persons
April, May, June €100 per night for 2 persons
July, Aug. €110 per night for 2 persons
Sept. and Oct. €100 per night for 2 persons
Nov. and Dec. €110 per night for 2 persons
 

The displayed price of €100 / €110 applies to 2 persons per night.
Each additional person is charged an extra €45 per night.

For a group of 6 persons, the house costs €280 per night.

A final cleaning fee of €95 will be charged additionally. A security deposit of €250 must be paid upon arrival.

Good to know

Cancellation policy

60 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge.
60 to 11 days before arrival: Retention of the deposit (30%).
< 10 days before arrival: Full amount due.

Security deposit

A cash deposit of EUR 200 is due on arrival. This will be refunded in cash on departure.

Terms of payment

Deposit: 30% after receipt of rental contract
Final payment: Depending on the method of payment, cash on arrival or at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
