The holiday flats ‘de Scioscia’ in the beautiful Gargano

The area enchants with its natural beauty and varied cuisine. The Gargano is also a green island in summer, with its bays and beautiful sandy beaches.

The Foresta Umbra, one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Italy, offers fresh and neutralised CO2. The offshore Tremiti Islands attract many tourists with their charm. The Varano and Lesina lakes add to the territorial beauty of the Gargano.

Vico del Gargano is well worth a visit with its impressive historic centre, excellent gastronomy and friendly locals. Monte S. Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo are also well worth a visit for their medieval rock church and cathedral (Renzo Piano).

Peschici offers very good nightlife thanks to the many bars in the old town centre. Vieste is the place to be. This small town is very busy and often overcrowded. There are also very good restaurants here, especially for fish lovers.

Worth knowing

The accommodation is divided into several units.
There are a total of 3 flats (2-room) with a bedroom, shower room, kitchenette and small dining room.

2 flats have a balcony and all guests can use the shared roof terrace with breathtaking views of the bay of Peschici. The flats can accommodate 2 guests each.

The 3rd flat has no balcony but access to the shared roof terrace.
There is also a 3-room flat for 4 people with a spacious kitchen, living room and shower room. In the hot summer months, ceiling fans and air conditioning provide the necessary cooling. The flat has 2 balconies overlooking Corso Garibaldi.

All units are newly renovated and very tastefully furnished.

The house is very centrally located and all facilities are within walking distance. The beach is also within walking distance. There is also a shuttle service (for a fee).

The accommodation can only be booked on a weekly basis in the high season, outside of this only with a minimum stay of 4 days.

60 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge.
60 to 11 days before arrival: Retention of the deposit (30%).
< 10 days before arrival: Full amount due.

Security deposit

A cash deposit of EUR 200 is due on arrival. This will be refunded in cash on departure.

Neither stag/hen parties nor similar celebrations are permitted.
Minimum age for bookers: 26 years

Terms of payment

Deposit: 30% after receipt of rental contract
Final payment: Depending on the method of payment, cash on arrival or at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
